From the very beginning, our goal at Ascension has been to teach lifelong learning skills at each grade level, while adapting the curriculum to meet the varying formative stages present within each student.
Athletics, an important part of the Ascension experience, teach fundamentals, techniques, and sportsmanship. Students learn life lessons such as teamwork, dedication, and responsibility and practice respect for opponents and the rules. They develop the ability to win and lose with grace.
Ascension offers an amazing opportunity for a fine arts education — music, theater, drawing, painting, sculpture, graphic design. Let us help you to find your talent.
Ascension Episcopal School is a PK3-12 grade independent school committed to educational excellence in a Christian environment. We are dedicated to creating and sustaining an environment in which we help each other identify, grow, and utilize our unique, God-given gifts and talents to build affirming relationships, to serve others, and to glorify God.
Ascension Episcopal School’s admission process is designed to admit qualified students who are capable of benefitting from the school’s college preparatory program and making a positive contribution to the school community.
Get involved with one of our parent support organizations- Booster Club, Fine Arts Alliance and PTO. There are all kinds of volunteer opportunities - room parents, auctioneers, event organizers. Let us know how you want to get involved to help support our faculty, athletics and fine arts programs across all three of our campuses.
As an independent school, Ascension relies on tuition and annual charitable contributions to meet the demands of an engaging curriculum and an exceptional educational experience that goes above and beyond academics .
Whether you are a recent high school graduate of Ascension Episcopal School or a student of Ascension Day School from long ago, we welcome you as a member of the Ascension Alumni Community!
