Middle School Student Council Awarded Honors at State Convention
Ascension Episcopal School
Over the weekend, 14 student leaders from our middle school student council and 3 courageous faculty advisors traveled to West Monroe High School for the Louisiana Association of Student Councils convention. Students heard from motivational speakers, attended skill-building sessions, heard amazing ideas from student leaders from across the state of what worked well for their school community, and earned awards!
Ascension’s middle school student received several honors!
Student Council Week Merit Award for unselfish and dedicated service in promoting the ideals and goals of the Student Council program in the school and community.
Gold Council for an exemplary record of leadership, service, and activities that serve to improve the school and community in the state of Louisiana
