"As you care for your physical health by social distancing and staying at home, I encourage you to make a daily habit of caring for your emotional and mental health, as well. A simple way to incorporate self-care while we practice distance learning is to remember the acronym H.O.M.E." says Caitlin Neal-Jones.

Two of Ascension Episcopal School's educators, Caitlin Neal-Jones (Sugar Mill Pond campus guidance and college counselor) and Nicole Lobello (Director of Student Services), teamed up to offer tips to students about their emotional wellness during Distance Learning.
