Ascension Episcopal Middle-Schoolers Take Their Art to the Runway (The Daily Advertiser)

Middle-schoolers at Ascension Episcopal School strutted down a catwalk in designs made of duct tape, tissue paper, old CDs and drop cloths Thursday. Music played and a large projector displayed a piece of artwork that served as inspiration for each of the seven designs.
This was the school's first "Design Challenge — Project Runway: Unconventional Materials," and it mimicked the popular TV show from start to finish.
