Ascension strives to serve every family who desires to be part of a community dedicated to educational excellence in a Christian environment. We also recognize that some of those families may feel that the cost of attendance makes it impossible to afford what they want for their children. Our Tuition Assistance program is intended to help make Ascension accessible to those families whose children would thrive here.

Tuition Includes:
- Tuition Management annual fee
- Textbooks (PK3-12)
- 1:1 iPads grades (1-6)
- Summer reading books (1-7)
- Student supplies (PK3-7)
- Grade level day trips (PK3-12)
- Early Bird morning care (PK3-K)(based on space availability)
- After school bus service to Whitney Bank (1-7)
- Parent/Teacher Organization dues
- Yearbook (PK3 -12)
- Theatre Production fees (5-12)

Annual
The full tuition payment is due by July 1, 2026. (Tuition Refund Plan optional) -
Semester Payments
A payment of 50% of tuition is due by July 1, 2026, and the remaining balance by December 1, 2026. (Includes $200 financing fee and requires Tuition Refund Plan of $300 per student) -
Ten Monthly Payments
Ten monthly tuition payments are due on the first of each month from July 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027. (Includes a $400 financing fee and requires a Tuition Refund Plan of $300 per student.)

Tuition Assistance
Ascension awards assistance as determined using the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management platform, a third-party financial aid analysis service, to ensure fairness in the process. All applications and conversations regarding tuition assistance remain confidential within the Tuition Assistance Committee.For any tuition assistance application to be considered, you must first apply for school admission. No tuition assistance will be awarded prior to acceptance at Ascension.Awards are made for a one-year term. Families must request renewal each year by completing a TuitionAssistance application form. The Tuition Assistance Committee reviews all materials and recommends amounts. Please note that it may take some time for the service to return the results after completing the application. This turnaround time may be longer during busy times of the year.We encourage families in need of assistance to apply as soon as possible to increase their chances of receiving help.Click here to access the Financial Aid Management online application.
