Our Parent Support Organizations work together to achieve balanced excellence across all three of our campuses.
Through our PSOs, there are various volunteer opportunities - room parents, auctioneers, event organizers, cooks, volunteers, and donors. Regardless of your child’s passions, we have a way for you to help support our school with your time, talent, or treasure.
The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) provides volunteer hours and financial support, which significantly impacts Ascension. All families are automatically part of our PTO as PTO dues are included in tuition. Each year, Ascension’s PTO supports community-building events such as picnics, parties, and faculty appreciation week. Examples of recent PTO fundraisers include galas, fall festivals, online silent auction, t-shirt sales, and a $10,000 cash raffle. The fundraiser efforts go toward one school-wide project or one project per campus as determined by campus administration.
The Booster Club’s mission is to support athletic programs across all three campuses by providing volunteer hours and hosting fundraising events throughout the year. Funds raised through the Booster Club membership drive goes directly back to athletic operational expenses. Money raised through Booster Club fundraising events goes toward specific athletic projects on all three campuses, as identified by the Athletic Director. Past Booster Club fundraising events have included program ads, sponsor signs, color runs, golf tournaments, online silent auctions, and tennis tournaments.
The Fine Arts Alliance (FAA) mission is to support the visual arts, music, theatre, and multimedia programs across all three campuses by providing volunteer hours and hosting fundraising events throughout the year. Funds raised through membership and ticket sales go directly back to the fine arts operational expenses. Money raised through fundraising events goes toward specific fine arts projects on all three campuses, as identified by the Fine Arts Director. The main FAA fundraising events have included art shows, special projects, online silent auctions, and the Heart for the Arts Gala.
Parent Ambassadors play a vital role in welcoming and guiding new families as they join the Ascension community. These dedicated volunteers help new parents get oriented, answer questions, and provide friendly support throughout the onboarding process—ensuring every family feels connected, informed, and at home from day one.

The Blue Gator Dads Club brings together fathers and father figures to support school life in a hands-on way. One of their most beloved contributions is preparing and serving meals at various school events throughout the year. Whether it’s frying or carving turkeys for Thanksgiving Feast or grilling for a tailgate or school event, their involvement helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere at Ascension.
