• Annual Giving

  Each year, our community comes together through participation in annual giving. Contributions go directly toward expenses for competitive salaries, technology, curriculum materials, athletics, fine arts, and campus facilities.

• Parent Teacher Organization

  The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) provides volunteer hours and financial support, which significantly impact Ascension. Each year, the PTO supports community-building events such as picnics, parties, and Faculty Appreciation Week.
  
  The PTO hosts a fall festival, which includes a carnival, gumbo cookoff, silent auction, and raffle. These efforts go toward one school-wide project or one project per campus each year, as determined by the school administration and PTO executive board.

• Fine Arts Alliance

  The Fine Arts Alliance (FAA) mission is to support the visual arts, music, theatre, and multi-media programs across all three campuses. It does this through providing volunteer hours and hosting fundraising events throughout the year.  
  
  Money raised through membership and ticket sales goes directly back to the fine arts operational expenses. Money raised through fundraising events goes toward specific fine arts projects on all three campuses, as identified by the Fine Arts Department.

• Booster Club

  The Booster Club's mission is to support athletic programs across all three campuses. It does this by providing volunteer hours and hosting fundraising events throughout the year.
  
  Money raised through membership goes directly back to athletic operational expenses. Money raised through fundraising events goes toward specific athletic projects on all three campuses as identified by the Athletic Director.  Booster Club fundraising events include program sales, Color Run, golf tournament, tennis tournament, and more.

• Parent Ambassadors

  Parent Ambassadors play a vital role in welcoming and guiding new families as they join the Ascension community. These dedicated volunteers help new parents get oriented, answer questions, and provide friendly support throughout the onboarding process—ensuring every family feels connected, informed, and at home from day one.

• Blue Gator Dads

  The Blue Gator Dads Club brings together fathers and father figures to support school life in a hands-on way. One of their most beloved contributions is preparing and serving meals at various school events throughout the year. Whether it’s frying or carving turkeys for Thanksgiving Feast  or grilling for a tailgate or school event, their involvement helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere at Ascension.
