At Ascension, all parents belong to our Parent Teacher Organization through dues that are included in yearly tuition.  We have a very active PTO and encourage all Blue Gator parents to take advantage of the many opportunities to become involved in our school community.
The purpose of the PTO is to support Ascension Episcopal School and its faculty and staff in completing the school’s mission by fostering effective and open communication between the school and parents while encouraging parent involvement on all campuses. PTO works with the school to enhance educational excellence opportunities for students, parents, faculty, and staff through volunteer efforts and financial support.  Each year,  PTO fundraiser efforts go toward one school-wide project and/or one project per campus as determined by school administration and PTO Executive Council.

  • Meetings

    PTO General Meetings are held twice each year, once in the fall and spring, so that all parents can learn about PTO activities and fundraiser projects.   Stay tuned for the dates of the 2021-2022 General Meetings.
  • PTO Projects & Activities

    Ascension's PTO joins together their collective efforts to help provide the following to our school community:
    • Auction (in alternating years)
    • $10,000 Cash Raffle 
    • Family-Friendly Events- such as Tailgaters, Fall Festival and Spring Picnic
    • CPE Luncheons
    • Family Bingo Night
    • Room Parents
    • Volunteer Coordination
    • Class Parties
    • Faculty Appreciation  
    • Thanksgiving Feasts 
    • Guest Speakers 
    • Blue Gator Dad’s Group
